Our Vision for the Hubs
‘Improve quality of Early Years practice for better outcomes for children and their families’.
Individual hubs will create a long standing and sustainable network of practitioners. They will work together to identify local opportunities for development and deliver a focused strategy for improvement.
Hubs will generate practitioner support structures and free continuing professional development to build resilience across the Early Years workforce.
The hubs collaborate with cross-phase partnerships including teaching school alliances, existing networks and the local authority to facilitate best use of resources and information.
Principles of the Hubs
- Raising quality Early Years practice together
- Shared ownership groups where everyone contributes
