Mixture of presentations and practical inputs/
This day will focus on career planning and will explore the next steps for trainee teachers, including input from employers and career advisors. This will include applying for the first teaching post, the requirements of the NQT year and the possible career pathways open for an early years teacher, including professional leadership roles.
